Rodriguez de Mendoza is a province belonging to the department of Amazonas in the northeastern Peru between 6°18’57” S latitude and 77°32’17” W longitude. The town of Mendoza is the capital of Rodríguez de Mendoza province.

Rodriguez de Mendoza comprises of 12 districts and the major districts are Santa Rosa, Santa Claus, Mariscal Benavides, Cochamal, Vista Alegre and Limabamba.
