Pine Cay is a privately owned island covering an area of 800 acres with 36 homes and a resort, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It measures a length of 3 km and a mile width surrounded by Dellis Cay and Mangrove Cay. Pine Cay is home to a paved airstrip and 2 miles long beautiful beach.

Pine Cay was initially projected in 1950 as a 1st tourist development project on the Turks and Caicos and its Meridian Club was built in the 1970. It features many brackish ponds and population of endangered Caicos Pine.
