Polis is placed at the middle of Chrysochous Bay on the tip of Akamas peninsula is a town in Paphos District in Cyprus Island. History of Polis:

Polis was inhabited after the Neolithic era and the town prospered from the Cypro-Archaic period and became one of the significant towns in Cypriot city.
