Nagoya is the largest city and fourth most populated city in Japan situated on Pacific Coast on islands of Honshu. Nagoya covers a total area of 326.43 sq kms is known for industrialization and emerging cities of Japan. History & Meaning of Nagoya:

The word Nagoya was derived from Japanese word which means “peaceful”. Nagoya was ruled by Tokugawa Period where many temples, castles and shrines were built during this period. Nagoya officially became a city in the year 1889 due to the efforts of Meiji Restoration. Nagoya became the target of US air raids during World War II when the city was severely bombed by the US Airforce in the year 1945.
