Burgas is one of the major cities of Bulgaria placed on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast covering an area of 253.644 sq. km. It is the 4th largest city in Bulgaria with a population of 200,271 as of the 2011 census, followed by Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
