Maliana is one of the cities of East Timor located in Bobonaro District. It is situated about 150 km southwest of national capital Dili. Maliana is the capital city of Bobonaro District located near proximity with Indonesia border. Maliana is located between 8°59′ south latitude and 125°13′ east longitude. Bulobu River and Nunura River flow near Maliana serving the agricultural needs.
