History of Serfaus:

According to historians, it is believed that the Serfaus town was occupied since Bronze Age and was the hunting ground for native populaces. Romans established themselves in Serfaus around 15 BC mixing with local Raetia populaces and creating Romansh people and village came to reorganization in 11^th century and tourism flourished in the town during 19^th century but during the Second World War all most all the houses were destroyed in the town and Serfaus town was rebuilt after the Second World War but tourism industry grew rapidly from then.
