Triesen is the 3rd largest municipality as well as a town in the principality or country of Liechtenstein. It is well known for its fifteenth century’s churches and a nineteenth century’s weaving mill. Triesen is also home to the highest point of the country with an altitude of 2,599 meters, the Grauspitz. Triesen has an approximate population of 4,600.

Triesen is geographically positioned between 47°6′ N latitude and 9°32′ E longitude at an average elevation of 512 meters, around 6 km southeast of Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein. It sprawls over an area of 26.4 sq. km.
