Bir Anzarane is a town coming under the province of Oued Ed-Dahab in the region of Oued Ed-Dahab-Lagouira in Western Sahara. It is geographically positioned between 23° 53′ 0″ north latitude and 14° 32′ 0″ west longitude.  Bir Anzarane is located in the Moroccan controlled Western Sahara, in one of the 16 regions of Morocco, Oued Ed-Dahab-Lagouira. This region sprawls over an area of 50,880 km² and is divided into two districts Oued Eddahab Province and Aousserd Province. The city of Dakhla is the capital of Oued Ed-Dahab-Lagouira, situated on the coastline of Atlantic Ocean.
