Shenyang is sited on the Asian continent in the Northern region of the country, China situated in the Liaoning province. History of Shenyang:

As per historians, Shenyang was inhabited more than 7000 year ago is one of the oldest capitals in the region. Shenyang region was founded by general of Yan, Qin Kai during the rule of Warring States period around 300 BCE and later captured by Yuan Dynasty and Ming Dynasty.

During the Ming rule, Manchu leader Nurhaci occupied Shenyang in the year 1625 and named the region as Shengjing and during the rule many forts, gardens and buildings were constructed in the region.

Forts and buildings attracted the Russian who tried to capture the region but during the Russo-Japanese War from 1904 to 1905, Russians lost the battle with Japanese.

Shenyang began to expand and became the commercial centers and industries started to develop in the region. From the year 1932 to 1945, Japanese inaugurated several heavy industries and major roads were built during this era.

Shenzhen is sited on the Asian continent in the south region of the country, China. The place is located in the Guangdong province. History of Shenzhen:

Naval ports where built on the banks of the river Pearl. Later in the year 1410, the Ming dynasty ruled Shenzhen. In the year 1979, Shenzhen was declared a Special Economic Zone.

History of Qingdao:

According to archeologists, civilization existed 6,000 years ago and the place was then known as Tsingtao. During the period 770 to 256 B.C the place was ruled by the Eastern Zhou dynasty and was then known as Jimo. In 1891 on 14^th June the place Qingdao was under the rule of Qing dynasty. The Qing dynasty began building a fort along the coast of Qingdao to counter invasion by foreign invaders. However the Germans seized the fort and brought the place under their control. The Germans took great interest in developing the region. On the onset of World War I, the British defeated the Germans and occupied the Fort. But the British rule over Qingdao was short lived. In the year 1922, China got back Qingdao. In the year 1938, Japan conquered Qingdao. After the end of Second World War, Qingdao served as the center of administration for the US Navy in the region, under the then newly formed Chinese government. The place now serves as the center of administration for the Chinese Navy.

Mt. Laoshan

This is the most famous attraction spot in the Qingdao and is the tallest mountain on the coast in the entire country. Reaching over a height of 1133 meters, this spot provides a breath taking of the surrounding region. This also happens to the place where the religion Taoism was founded.
