Pakse also spelled as Pakxe is the 3rd most populous city in Laos and the capital city Champasak Province located at the coordinates 15°07′ N 105°47′ E. It is placed on the convergence of two main rivers Xe Don River and Mekong River, about 670 km southeast of Vientiane, the capital city of Laos. Pakse hosts countries second biggest hospital and is highly developing in its tourism sector.
