Nawalgarh is a town situated in Jhunjhunu District in Rajasthan state in India. It is placed between two main towns of the state Jhunjhunu and Sikar. Nawalgarh is referred as the golden city of Rajasthan and is widely known for its fresco and havelis. Nawalgarh is located about 39 km away from Jhunjhunu Town and about 142 km north of state capital Jaipur City.
