How to reach Illizi?

Illizi is served by the Takhamalt Airport, located around 30 kilometers northeast of Illizi. Air Algérie is the only airline serving the Takhamalt Airport with scheduled flights from and to Algiers, Ghardaia and Ouargla.

Located on the national highway N3, Illizi is connected with the bus services to In-Amenas, Touggourt and south to Djanet.
