Jalalabad History:

Formerly called as Adinapur, it was renamed as Jalalabad in 16th century in memory of Pir Roshan Jalala, who fought with the Mughals. Jalalabad was visited by famous Chinese traveler Huian Xang during 630 A.D. Jalalabad became a part of Mughal rule in the year 1570 when the place was ruled by Babur and was also ruled by the Ghaznivad rulers and Mongols. Jalalabad was also conquered by Maharaja Ranjith Singh in the early 19th century but was soon eliminated by the rulers of Durrani Empire. Jalalabad was also under the rule of the British from 1838 but withdrew from the city two years later.

Yengema is a town located in the Kono District in the Eastern Province of the African country Sierra Leone.
