<p>Kibungo is a city and the administrative centre of the Ngoma District in the Eastern Province of Rwanda, situated around 40 km south of the provincial capital, Rwamagana and around 80 km southeast of the national capital, Kigali. Kibungo is a colorful city, well known for the beauties of 5 lakes located towards the east of the city. The city itself holds all facilities, including banks, university campus and hospital. Kibungo coordinates with 02°09′30″ S latitude and 30°32′45″ E longitude and covers an area of 43 sq. km. The elevation of Kibungo measures 1,820 meters.</p>
