Hardinge Bridge is a steel railway bridge placed on the Padma River. It is located between 24°3′57″ N latitude and 89°1′35″ E longitude. This bridge draws its name from the Viceroy of India (1910-1916) Lord Hardinge. The length of the bridge is 1.8 kilometers. The bridge took nearly two years for completion. The construction of the bridge started in 1910 and ended in 1912. The trains started moving on this bridge from 1915.
