The airport is 11 km away from Bandar Seri Begawan. Taxis and public buses are available at the airport to offer transportation to visitors till Bandar Seri Begawan city. The journey takes hardly twenty minutes from the airport to the city. A ride from a taxi to the city will cost B$25 while a bus ticket cost B$2.</p>

<p>Bandar Seri Begawan has roads linking to Brunei. Sarawak in Malaysia is easily connected to Bandar by a main road which passes through Tutong, Seria and Kuala Belait. There is a main road linking Limbang in Sarawak to Muara and Kuala Lurah in Bandar. But this main road passes through two check posts, one at Puni the other at Kuala Lurah before reaching Bangar.</p>

Taxis from Limbang town in Sarawak are transported by ferry over Pandaruan River at a cost of B$4 to Brunei. 599 meters away from this ferry point is Puni, where all formalities regarding immigration are conducted. From another town Lawas in Sarawak, taxis a ferried across the river Trusan at a cost of B$5 to Labu in Brunei. Immigration checking is done at immigration office in Trusian located in Malaysia, 8 km from the ferry.</p>

<p><strong>Using Bus</strong></p>
<p>There are buses accessible at Kuala Belait in Brunei which carries passengers to Miri in Sarawak, Malaysia and vice versa. From Miri bus tickets cost B$ 6.10. However these buses stop way before the Asean Bridge at Kuala Baram. From this point the travelers should hire a taxi to travel towards the border which a distance of 5 km and there are buses from Seria to Kuala Belait and the ticket cost B$1. From Seria there are buses available to move to Bandar Seri Begawan and the bus fare would cost approximately B$6. Express buses are also available from Bandar Seri Begawan to Miri. The first bus begins early in the morning at 7 am and in the second bus at lunch hour 1 p.m. Cost of ticket in such buses are less than B$25.</p>
<p>There are also buses available daily from Limbang and Kota Kinibalu to Bandar Seri Begawan and vice versa. Bus departs at 8 am from the bus stop opposite to Tamu Kianggeh in Bandar Seri Begawan.</p>

<p>Serasa Ferry Terminal at Muara in Brunei has ferries commuting people to and fro Lubuan and to and fro Sarawak at ferry points located in towns Lawas and Sundar. From Labuan travelers can take ferry to and fro Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.</p>
